Return & Refund Policy

1. Mobile Accessories & Christmas Decorations

• Return Window: Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item

• Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in brand-new condition, and in its original packaging

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return

• Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account after processing

• Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to a quality issue, DGCCC Furniture will cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is not due to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee

2. Compressed Furniture

• Return Window: Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item

• Return Conditions:

  • Opened or used compressed furniture cannot be returned

  • Unopened and unused items may be returned, but the customer must cover the return shipping cost

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition

• Refund Process:

  • Refunds will only be issued after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition

  • Refund processing time is 3-7 business days after the return is approved
